Overlayn finds the text inside an image, reads it, removes it cleanly, and draws a translation back in the same place. Machine translation is imperfect: check the result before you rely on it for anything that matters.

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure — anything done through it counts as done by you. One person, one account, and the details you give us must be accurate.

• Credits are the only thing sold. They are consumable: bought once, spent on jobs, never expiring and never renewing.
• A job holds credits when it starts and settles when it finishes. You are charged for what the job actually spent; the rest returns to your balance.
• A job that fails on our side costs you nothing.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged back into money.

Purchases on the web are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and collects any tax due. Purchases inside the iOS app are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through whichever of the two took the payment, and are also subject to their terms. Write to rustamm.nuriddinov@gmail.com and we will help.

Your images stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as it takes to produce your translation and show it back to you. You must hold the rights to every image you upload, and uploading something you have no right to use is your responsibility, not ours.

Do not use Overlayn to:

• upload unlawful material, or material you have no right to use;
• forge documents, or alter records in order to deceive someone;
• break, overload or probe the service, or work around its limits and metering;
• resell the service as your own without our written agreement.

We work to keep Overlayn running, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses.

You can stop using Overlayn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close yours without cause, unspent credits are refunded.

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use Overlayn means accepting the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
